Curriculum
A CURRICULUM BUILT AROUND THE CHILD
Different starting points. Different pathways. One ambitious curriculum.

Formal Pathway
Rooted in the National Curriculum, our Formal Pathway provides a broad and ambitious education, with learning carefully planned around each pupil’s individual starting points, strengths and needs. Pupils are supported and challenged to build knowledge, develop skills and make meaningful progress.
Transitional Pathway
Our Transitional Pathway provides a carefully structured approach that bridges developmental and subject-specific learning. Through practical, engaging and personalised experiences, pupils build upon their individual starting points, developing the knowledge, skills, confidence and independence needed to make meaningful progress.

Semi-Formal Pathway
Our Semi-Formal Pathway provides a highly personalised approach to learning, carefully planned around each pupil’s developmental starting points, strengths and individual needs. Through meaningful, practical and engaging experiences, pupils develop essential skills in communication, cognition, independence and emotional wellbeing, building confidence and making meaningful progress in their learning and everyday lives.
