Forest School

Our Forest School-inspired experiences encourage children to explore, investigate and learn through practical activities in woodland environments. From den building and nature crafts to woodland exploration, problem-solving challenges and collaborative activities, pupils are encouraged to develop curiosity, creativity and confidence. Our outdoor space provides opportunities for children to learn, play, explore and develop new skills within a familiar and supportive environment.
Through Forest School experiences, pupils develop
- Resilience & Independence – trying new activities, making decisions and overcoming challenges.
- Communication & Relationships – cooperating, sharing ideas and working alongside others
- Regulation & Wellbeing – developing self-awareness and experiencing the benefits of natural environments.
- Problem-Solving & Creativity – exploring ideas, investigating and finding solutions.
